A matte top coat with a velvety finish, no sticky dispersion layer to wipe away after curing — offering the same functions as TOUCH's glossy top, just with a soft, non-shiny result. There's no need to apply a glossy top underneath before using this one.

How to Apply

1. Apply a thin layer, gently leveling it out with a small drop of top gel if needed
